Main Functions

Structured division of administrative part of solution into three sections:

possibility to create unlimited number of conferences and input relevant data (name, location, atendee list, own graphics..)

in Sessions section data to different parts of event can be inserted

attachments can be put in for all atendees to download (videos, documents, maps etc.)

surveys can be organized within event and immediate polls within one particular session

quick analysis of all polls and surveys including printable versions (graphs and statistics)

structured list in relevant application part contains exact details about atendees (name,contact details, company, photo..)

atendees can be administered rights to manage, update different parts of event themselves (input/update questionaries, attachments etc.)

solution database settings can be managed and complemented according to needs

complex overview of data about event enables quick control over their timeliness

Fast access to information for atendees:

Event daily agenda with list of all sessions including details

List of speakers with details and contact information

List of visitors/atendees with details and contact information
     - Email can be sent directly to speaker
     - Interconnection with your Calendar and Contacts
     - Contact can be sent to chosen e-mail address

Possibility to fill in questionary sent in connection with different sessions/lectures or a question can be sent to speaker immediately or provide feedback

Poll results available fast

Overview section with attachments for event and its sessions, attachment can be sent to chosen e-mail

Personal settings with possibility to:
     - Share/not share personal information with other participants
     - Change password
     - User is bound to one PocketPC only straight after first login due to security reasons, this can be changed in cooperation with organizer
